The blossoms are a vivid pink color and are arranged in the form of a moss-green star. My hypothesis is that the author wanted to highlight the green tint of the leaves on that star. The distinctive feature of this barn quilt is the four pink triangles in each corner. You can hang it anywhere, but given how rustic this is, I think it will look best in your flower garden.
